Overview

Experienced SC-cleared Programme Manager sought to lead a high-profile, multi-domain transformation in Defence. You will oversee contract replacement, drive strategic digital integration, and deliver change across people, process, data, technology and cyber. You will shape the Digital Integration roadmap through 2029 and ensure alignment with evolving contracts and operating models. Working across complex stakeholders, you will provide governance, oversight, and benefits realization to realise impactful, high-visibility outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract replacement and transition to ensure continuity of services and future arrangements
• Drive the strategic integration of services across domains
• Develop and deliver the Digital Integration roadmap
• Lead a multi-domain transformation spanning people, process, data, technology and cyber
• Align integration activity with future contract arrangements and operating models
• Maintain programme governance, assurance, benefits realisation and risk management
• Build relationships across Defence, government, suppliers and stakeholders
• Manage dependencies with wider transformation initiatives
• Operate in a highly scrutinised environment with significant strategic visibility

Key requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex transformation programmes
• Defence experience including procurement and contract management
• Delivery of strategic digital, IT and business change initiatives
• Strong programme governance, assurance and benefits management experience
• Familiarity with Government approvals and governance processes
• Experience delivering large-scale contracts with lifetime costs of approximately 400m or more
• Experience leading major service transitions and operating model transformation
• Experience comparable to large-scale mergers, acquisitions or enterprise integration programmes
• Strong supplier management and commercial negotiation skills in complex service environments
• MSP and/or PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent programme management expertise
