In this role, you will handle trusts and estates disputes for UHNW/HNW clients under the guidance of a named partner. You join a London-based team within a leading firm, contributing to high-profile private client litigation matters. The position sits at the intersection of arbitration, dispute resolution and trusts, offering exposure to sophisticated matters and cross-border issues. You will work in a collaborative environment with a culture that distinguishes the firm, while delivering precise, client-focused advocacy and strategic case work.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a named partner on UHNW/HNW trusts and estates dispute matters
• Contribute to private client litigation matters within a leading London team
• Support enforcement and resolution strategies in disputes within arbitration & dispute resolution frameworks
• Engage in case preparation, drafting, and client communication for high-profile matters

Key requirements

• Experience in a leading tier London team or tier-one national private client litigation team
• Current or recent practice in trusts and estates disputes
• PQE around 3–4 years (considering near-level candidates)
• UK-qualified or equivalent
• Contextual ability to handle UHNW/HNW client matters
