Responsibilities

• acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets
• landlord-tenant relations and lease negotiations
• asset management and portfolio management for energy clients
• high-value property transactions and client relationship building
• collaboration with a large, UK-wide Real Estate team
• supporting development of energy and renewables projects (wind, solar, storage, hydrogen)

Key requirements

• 2+ years of real estate experience
