Product Compliance Officer

Overview

You join a fast-paced, international science and technology company focused on infection prevention. In this role you own product regulatory compliance and act as the official representative to external parties. You will advise on sourcing, development, packaging, labeling, and marketing while monitoring upcoming regulatory changes. The position supports both domestic and European registrations and the setup of SDS software for current and new products. Responsibilities

• Own product regulatory compliance and monitor adherence to regulations
• Act as the official company representative for product regulatory compliance and evidence compliance externally
• Advise on product-related activities including sourcing, development, composition, packaging, labeling, and marketing
• Horizon scan for upcoming regulatory changes and create action plans
• Assist with domestic and European product registrations and set up safety data sheet software for products

Key requirements

• Degree or higher in a chemical discipline
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance for chemical products, including REACH and CLP
• Experience creating safety data sheets for formulated chemical mixtures
• Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
