Project Manager Mechanical

Overview

As a Project Manager (M&E) you drive end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, time, and cost targets are met. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum and financial controls. You’ll focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within predefined margins while seeking improvements across the lifecycle. This role offers the chance to contribute to Vertiv’s operational excellence and customer-first priorities at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end to ensure timely delivery and adherence to obligations
• Ensure alignment with opening margin and financial targets
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities without compromising quality
• Support cross-functional delivery across the business
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to forecasting and financial controls

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years managing M&E contracts, preferably to Prince2 standard or equivalent
• M&E bias or suitable M&E engineering experience
• Working knowledge of commercial contract agreements
• Working knowledge of project planning tools, especially Microsoft Project
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
