Associate Product Manager

Overview

In this role you drive the lifecycle and stable operation of assigned applications, coordinating cross-border product support, releases, and roadmap alignment with business needs. You ensure secure production running, governance, and compliance while managing incidents and vendor relationships. You will plan roadmaps, oversee maintenance releases, and maintain documentation and audit readiness. This position offers impact across production stability, security, and business alignment in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external offshore product support to address incidents, service requests, and enhancements promptly and accurately
• Ensure secure, stable production run and manage product costs
• Oversee run, support, incident, and monitoring processes; escalate and resolve critical situations
• Monitor incident volumes and KPIs; implement improvement measures for service stability
• Perform compliance-related recertifications and ensure secure operation
• Support product relationship management with Business Product Owner
• Plan and align product roadmap to business needs, architecture, and security refactoring
• Oversee implementation projects or maintenance releases for compliant production releases
• Manage product lifecycle including functional and IT upgrades
• Ensure applications and products meet requirements and govern processes and controls

Key requirements

• 5+ years of IT product management or similar
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Oracle, SQL
• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall)
• Vendor management experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent Business English
• Proven capability to handle escalations and governance tasks
• Experience with compliance and audit readiness
• Ability to work independently and think strategically
