Overview

In this role you lead as a Family Partner in Oxfordshire for a top UK firm, driving growth for the regional practice while supporting the London team on high-net-worth family matters. You will leverage an established network to expand the Oxford-based family group and influence strategic development. You’ll handle complex, sensitive matters for HNW clients within a collaborative, commercially focused environment. This opportunity offers autonomy, impactful leadership, and strong remuneration for a senior practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and expansion of the Oxfordshire family practice
• Support and collaborate with the London family team on US/UK high-net-worth matters
• Advise on a broad range of complex, sensitive family issues for high-net-worth clients
• Bring an established network and business case to expand the team and practice in Oxford
• Provide strategic influence on regional development and client acquisition

Key requirements

• 8+ years’ PQE in family law
• established partner with proven ability to develop business
