In this role you will lead a cross-functional Data squad within the Logistics & Fulfilment portfolio, turning business priorities into an actionable delivery roadmap. You will align technology, data, and business teams to deliver trusted data products, platforms and insights that boost operational performance and customer outcomes. You’ll balance pace, quality, risk and value, coaching teams and removing blockers to drive lasting value. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional Data squad aligned to Logistics & Fulfilment
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Business teams to define and deliver strategic roadmaps
• Manage dependencies, risks, governance and delivery milestones across multiple initiatives
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into business outcomes
• Support and coach agile delivery teams to drive high performance and continuous improvement
• Facilitate planning, reporting and decision-making processes
• Foster accountability, collaboration and value-focused delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve successful outcomes

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex data products, platforms or initiatives within Data, Analytics, Data Engineering or Platform environments
• Strong understanding of data technologies including data pipelines, ETL, cloud data platforms and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with product backlogs, roadmaps, prioritisation and outcome-based planning
• Ability to build credibility with Engineers, Architects, Product Managers and senior leaders
• Experience leading delivery across multiple cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Experience applying agile, lean and traditional delivery approaches
• Strong risk, dependency and programme management capabilities
• Experience coaching teams and promoting continuous improvement
• Experience working with external suppliers and delivery partners
