Senior Project Manager, Professional Services

Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise customer implementations within Rubrik Professional Services. You act as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success, business value realization, and operational efficiency, coordinating across engineering, support, sales, and partners. You will own high-stakes engagements with minimal oversight, driving outcomes and quality throughout the project lifecycle. The position blends hands-on delivery with PMO governance and process improvements to scale delivery excellence. This is a chance to shape delivery practices while enabling customers to realize value from Rubrik technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off
• Define scope, milestones, success criteria, track deliverables, and manage resources within deadlines and budgets
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and dependencies; resolve issues proactively
• Serve as single point of contact for executives, internal teams, and partners
• Ensure deliverables meet Rubrik standards and customer objectives through ongoing quality control
• Collaborate with PS leadership to develop and maintain PMO governance, SOPs, methodologies, and KPIs
• Flag bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, margins, and customer satisfaction
• Establish best practices for engagements, resource allocation, utilization tracking, and project health reporting across the PS portfolio

Key requirements

• 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering enterprise technical projects in Professional Services or Consulting
• Experience managing customers in Financial Services, Government, Healthcare sectors
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, high-visibility engagements in a fast-paced tech environment
• Ability to work autonomously with strong judgment in high-pressure situations
• Expert knowledge of project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Google Workspace
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
