Overview
In this Bristol-based role, you join a Banking & Finance team to handle complex real estate finance work for a prestigious client base. You will support lenders and borrowers on investment, development, and acquisition finance, with exposure to high-value, often cross-border transactions. You’ll draft and negotiate facility and security documents while collaborating with Real Estate, Tax, Construction and Corporate teams. Responsibilities
- Advising lenders and borrowers on investment, development and acquisition finance transactions
- Leading on complex real estate-backed financings and refinancing matters
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and ancillary finance documentation
- Building strong client relationships while working closely with Real Estate, Tax, Construction and Corporate teams
- Supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
