HR Business Support and Strategic Projects Senior Expert (m/f/x)

Overview

As an HR Senior Expert, you drive global HR projects that boost efficiency and align with business priorities. You will bring structure, governance, and timely delivery across regions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. You’ll manage complex initiatives from initiation to closure, balancing timelines, budgets, and quality to improve employee experience. Responsibilities

• Lead multiple global HR projects from initiation to closure
• Create and manage integrated project plans (milestones, resources, dependencies, testing, deployment, post-go-live support)
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality, applying corrective actions as needed
• Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, action trackers, and change control with clear ownership
• Produce executive-ready status reports highlighting progress, risks, decisions and support needed
• Build relationships across global/ regional HR teams, HR tech, and external suppliers
• Coordinate with HR, technology, data, and process experts to support delivery decisions
• Understand HR technology landscapes and how dependencies affect plan and deployment

Key requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple medium-to-large HR technology or enterprise systems projects through full lifecycle
• Strong project planning, critical-path management, governance, risk & issue management, budget control, supplier management, and executive reporting
• Good knowledge of enterprise HR systems (Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, SAP HR) and related processes
• Experience with testing, data migration, integrations, cutover, operational transition
• Autonomous work style with ability to absorb complex information and drive actions to closure
• Excellent written and verbal communication with concise senior-level reporting
