Your new companyn We are working with a well-established housing organisation seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join their team on an initial one-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Your new role

- n
- Managing a designated housing management patch
- Delivering a high-quality tenancy management service
- Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections
- Investigating anti-social behaviour cases and tenancy breaches
- Managing neighbour disputes and supporting tenancy sustainment
- Monitoring rent accounts and working alongside income teams to address arrears
- Supporting tenants with a range of housing-related queries and issues
- Liaising with internal departments and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for customers
- Ensuring compliance with housing policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed
n
- n
- Previous Housing Officer experience within a Housing Association or Local Authority
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management and housing legislation
- Experience managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy-related cases
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous
