We are partnering with an energising Chair and a great PE investment team to find a growth focused CEO for a tech-enabled B2C subscription business. With a product you can get passionate about and operations in London and Western Europe they have a vast addressable market, enabling you to drive the business to £20m+ revenue from a starting point north of £10m.
You will have done this before in a business with similar characteristics and will have driven this level of growth alongside transformative change without destabilising the core operation. Your equal focus on margin will see you repeat past success in both marketing and operational efficiencies, preferably in a business underpinned by product logistics.
You will have an innate ability to anticipate and fulfil customer needs and will combine this with demonstrable experience of value creation through the sophisticated use of data to drive difference.
You will be a low-ego leader who can flex between the strategic management of the business and the day-to-day operational demands. You work in a disciplined way but with an ability to identify when a pivot is required and with the ability to execute it.
