Hybrid Customer Care Specialist

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Customer Care Representative in Basingstoke on a 6‑month basis, with hybrid working and a 35‑hour week. You will manage customer accounts across the UK, handle inquiries by phone and email, and support quotations, orders and service agreements.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving and organisational skills, with experience in customer-facing roles and proficiency in Word/Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
