Europe Partnerships Leader — Growth & Key Accounts

The Smiley Company is seeking a senior leader to drive partnerships across Europe from its London hub. The SVP Partnerships – Europe will own the regional growth plan, retail strategy and key partner relationships, while leading a team of Partnership Managers.

You will identify opportunities across retailers and licensees, shape global campaigns for local audiences, and balance immediate growth with long‑term brand value. Fluency in multiple European languages is a plus.
