Job Description:
AXIS Capital is seeking a Group Head of Operational Risk to design, embed and continuously improve the Group Operational Risk Framework. You will provide independent second-line oversight, challenge senior leadership and chair the Operations Risk Committee across multi-jurisdictional entities.
You will lead cross-functional risk governance, scenario analysis and regulatory responses, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and board expectations in a complex insurance and reinsurance environment.
