Compassionate Activities Coordinator — Elder Care & Wellbeing

Nellsar is seeking an Activities Coordinator for Lulworth House Residential Care Home in Maidstone. You will plan and run weekly activity programmes, support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, and ensure activities respect residents’ choices, dignity and privacy.

We offer ongoing training, development opportunities, enhanced DBS, and a supportive team environment. The role is 24 hours across three days per week on a seven day rota, with pay from £13.50 per hour.
