I’m working with a building surveying consultancy looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join at Director level, taking responsibility for a strong existing portfolio while playing an important role in the future growth of the practice.
The real attraction here is the variety.
You won’t find yourself pigeonholed into one service line or one type of project. The portfolio is predominantly private-sector building surveying across London, with a workload that includes project management, commercial and residential refurbs, and traditional building surveying work.
The role would be immediately client facing, with autonomy over your time and your diary, and the chance to help build something big.
What they are looking for:
- Chartered status (MRICS or MRICS expected in 2026)
- Strong technical ability across building surveying
- Ability to handle client relationships and complex instructions.
- Desire to influence not just buildings, but the direction of a growing consultancy.
