The Technical Delivery Lead provides strategic and hands-on leadership across the firm’s cloud, integration, and business application platforms. Responsible for shaping technical direction and delivering effective technology solutions, the role drives innovation, automation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with stakeholders, it identifies opportunities to enhance business capabilities through emerging technologies and scalable, future-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a senior technical lead within project teams, contributing to planning, estimation, risk management, dependencies, and technical decisions.
- Communicate progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design and deliver solutions aligned with architecture, security, and governance standards.
- Drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement across delivery practices.
- Enhance engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and technical assurance.
- Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve business value and operational efficiency.
Knowledge And Experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, with experience designing and delivering secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions.
- Proven experience implementing secure-by-design principles, including identity, access management, governance, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
- Skilled in designing integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Exposure to Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and AI Builder.
