Technical Project Manager

Scube is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support a supply chain. This individual will lead day-to-day delivery activities, manage technology backlogs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of initiatives across business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain technology initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize technical backlogs in collaboration with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Drive sprint planning, delivery tracking, dependency management, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across business, technology, data, and operations teams.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reporting.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Prepare and deliver stakeholder updates, steering committee materials, and executive communications.
• Support requirements gathering, scope management, and delivery planning.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation activities.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience, including technology-focused programs.
• Strong experience managing software development or technology delivery backlogs.
• Experience working within supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or operational technology environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project governance practices.
• Strong understanding of project planning, dependency management, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
