Front-Office Trader Assistant – Trade Support & Growth

Mondrian Alpha in London is hiring a Trader Assistant to support a high-volume front-office trading desk alongside senior Portfolio Managers and Traders. You will handle trade booking, NPV calculations for unwinds/novations, sourcing prices, and assisting PMs with position and risk queries, with back-up execution as needed.

The firm offers strong upside with a base salary up to £120k plus bonuses of 50–100% and a realistic year-one TC up to £200k.
