Director, Cash-Flow Credit Risk

OakNorth is seeking a Director, Credit Risk – Cash flow lending, to shape credit decisions across its UK lending portfolio. The role combines deep technical credit expertise with commercial judgement and close engagement with transactions and customers.

You’ll work across a diverse range of lending opportunities, influencing deal structures and providing independent challenge to senior stakeholders within a fast‑moving, technology‑driven bank.
