Job Description:
Bullish is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Internal Tools & Automation team in the UK. You will identify operational bottlenecks, build tooling to fix them, and own delivery from concept to production. You will prototype with LLMs, create agentic workflows, and empower non-technical teams to use what you build.
You’ll work across Customer Success, Exchange Operations, Trading, and Custody, driving measurable impact with rapid iteration and clear storytelling about improvements.
