Chief Executive Officer, Addiction Recovery Charity

Broadway Lodge, a respected abstinence-based addiction treatment charity in the UK, seeks a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and drive high‑quality clinical and therapeutic delivery from its Weston-super-Mare offices.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will oversee a multidisciplinary workforce of 74 staff, uphold CQC standards, and work to sustain funding streams, occupancy, and modernisation across services.
