Senior Legal Counsel, Omnichannel Growth

Primark is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Omnichannel) in Reading, UK, on a fixed-term, full-time basis. You will act as a strategic legal partner across ecommerce, digital, and logistics, advising senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams.

You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, manage regulatory risk, and help shape business decisions while building a high-performing legal function to support Primark’s omnichannel growth.
