Analytics Lead: End-to-End Data Strategy & AI

Lottie is seeking an Analytics Lead to own the data function end‑to‑end. You will lead the stack from Dataform to Metabase and work directly with C‑level stakeholders to shape product, growth, and AI initiatives.

You will set the analytics agenda, build scalable data processes, and drive commercial decisions across the business while championing data‑driven culture and responsible AI usage in a fast‑growing care tech company based in London.
