Leading Commercial Office Provider – 15+ sites across London – Leasing Director – London – £75,000 – £85,000 Basic – £150,000+ OTE

A new & exciting opportunity has arisen with my client who needs a strong understanding + experience of both the traditional leasing and flexible office industries

You’ll be working with both Internal team & the delivery teams in working on bespoke campaigns to satisfy each of the many tenants & landlords

Key Responsibilities:

• To Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with brokers and tenant reps, ensuring consistently is top of mind as their preferred managed office partner
• Always champion their buildings in London by actively promoting them through your strong network and deep network
• To conduct tenant viewings with business leaders ranging from HR managers to CEOs.

Key Requirements:

• Strong network of Agents and Brokers in the London Office Market
• You have experience working on 11,000 sq ft plus deals
• Target-driven and always looking to exceed expectations
