Financial Controller – Mastering Balance Sheet & Automation

Pavers Shoes is seeking an ambitious Financial Controller to lead the Group’s financial accounting, control and finance operations. Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll own the integrity of management and statutory reporting, and oversee the day-to-day control environment.

This hands-on role requires someone who can move between detailed accounting and strategic improvements, drive automation, strengthen processes, and act as the Finance Director’s key deputy on accounting matters.
