Real Estate Debt Capital Markets Manager

Strand Hill, a leading UK REIT in London, is seeking an experienced Real Estate debt management professional to join its Capital Markets and Treasury team. You will play a key role in debt financing transactions and ongoing management of the loan portfolio.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in real estate finance, strong knowledge of loan documentation, and the ability to coordinate lender engagements with internal stakeholders. Excellent Excel and communication skills are essential.
