Talent Manager – Software Sales

We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Manager / Recruitment Consultant to lead a department across B2B Software Sales for Grey Matter Recruitment

The Role

• Work senior level sales hires across marketing tech, advertising tech and ecommerce SaaS
• Lead the division working with some of the most exciting Unicorns across Europe and North America
• Warm desk from day one with a least 5-10 jobs to work on
• Chance to lead a small team or be an individual contributor
• Work hybrid office in Soho or fully remotely

The Company

• 12 Years old focusing on the B2B Software space only
• Significant depth of experience across software sales
• Deep understanding of the mar tech / ad tech / ecom SaaS sectors
• Large deal sizes with global opportunities

Experience Needed

• Strong track record in B2B Software Sales recruitment
