People & Talent Advisor — HR Generalist & Culture Lead

Faria Education Group in Alderley Park is seeking a proactive People & Talent Advisor to join the HR team. You will support Senior HR Business Partners, provide hands-on advisory across the employee lifecycle, and act as the friendly face of HR in the office.

This role blends HR generalist duties with hiring support, onboarding, payroll coordination, and light office management. You will help organise internal events and continually improve HR processes to enhance the employee experience.
