A leading national law firm is seeking an ambitious Senior Corporate Associate (4-8 PQE) to join its Corporate team in Birmingham.

This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a market-leading practice advising a diverse client base ranging from entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and investors through to large corporates on complex and high-value transactions.

Working alongside highly respected Corporate partners, you will advise on a broad range of matters including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Private Equity transactions
• Shareholder Agreements
• Joint Ventures
• Corporate Restructurings
• Corporate Governance and Advisory Matters
