Senior PMO Officer for a major offshore wind project in The Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee the project planning, milestone dates programme interdependencies and risk assessments.
• Monitor project deliverables and manage project documentation
• Set up and analyse capacity and resource allocation
• Ensure progress reporting takes place and proactively co-identify risks and issues
• Prepare communication to inform and engage stakeholders, project team & the steering committee
• Preparation and organisation of relevant meetings

Requirements

• Higher professional education, preferably in engineering, finance or business administration
• Minimal 5 years of experience in project support within in a Project Management environment
• You are a solid liaison for the Portfolio, Program- & Project Manager, business stakeholders, the IT organization and suppliers
• Certified in Prince2, IPMA-D or equivalent
