Job Description:
InPost Distribution is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a high-volume parcel sortation depot in Yeovil. You will take ownership of daily despatch operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop a shift team to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on safety and compliance. You will work closely with Depot and Regional management and be prepared to travel across the UK as needed.
