Senior Travel / Tour Product Designer

We are partnering with an established and high growth premium travel business to find a Senior Travel Product Designer / Tour Product Designer to help shape its next generation of escorted holidays.

This is a hands on role for someone who knows travel inside out and can turn destination knowledge, creativity and commercial insight into exceptional customer experiences.

The Role:

• Designing and developing new escorted tours across multiple modes of transport (cruise, river, rail, coach etc)
• Researching destinations, trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities
• Creating compelling, well paced itineraries for specific travel audiences
• Working with operations, contracting, marketing and digital teams to bring products to market
• Using customer and sales insight to continually improve the product portfolio

The Person:

• Excellent knowledge of European destinations, ideally with relevant language skills
• A genuine passion for travel and first-hand destination experience
• Creativity balanced with commercial and operational thinking
