The West of England Mayor is seeking a Business Case Lead for the Mass Transit programme to develop a 15-year delivery plan and progress initial projects within 4-5 years.
You will lead the development and assurance of business cases, apply HM Treasury Green Book principles, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, and engage with DfT, HM Treasury and regional partners to secure investment.
