Lead Surveyor—Latent Defects & Remediation Projects

Newlon Housing Trust is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with Project Management skills to join the Special Projects Team in North and East London. The role focuses on latent defect remediation, external wall defects, and fire safety compliance, using BIM to record works and maintain information threads.

You will manage investigations through to completion, coordinate across consultants and contractors, ensure safety and quality, and support residents during major works.
