Customer Success Manager

French-Speaking Customer Success Manager | London or Madrid | Hybrid

We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business to hire a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across the French-speaking market.

This is a commercially focused Customer Success role, ideal for someone who enjoys building senior stakeholder relationships, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities and delivering measurable customer value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts
• Owning customer renewals and revenue retention
• Driving upsell and expansion opportunities
• Building relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
• Leading strategic customer conversations focused on value and outcomes
• Collaborating with technical teams to support customer adoption and success

What we’re looking for:

• Business fluent French and English
• 3+ years’ Customer Success experience within a SaaS environment
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of renewals and growth
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Experience with value-based customer success methodologies is highly desirable
