Senior Model Validation Analyst — Hybrid, IFRS9 & Credit

Leeds Building Society is seeking a Senior Model Validation Analyst to lead independent validation across credit and non‑credit models. You will challenge design, data, assumptions and implementation, and present evidence‑based conclusions to stakeholders.

You will build relationships with model owners and senior stakeholders, driving reviews from scoping through closure while improving methods, tools, data and automation across IRB, IFRS 9, capital and liquidity domains.
