Operations Manager, FM+ Excellence (London)

Savills is seeking an Operations Manager (FM+) to lead the Operations Team and ensure consistent delivery of FM+ standards across multiple clients. This role drives performance using data, reports, and governance, and collaborates with senior stakeholders to deliver service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and change management capabilities, with a proactive approach to process improvements and client relationship management. Working hours are 09:00am – 05:30pm.
