Senior Technical Account Manager, MEP & Critical Environments

JLL is seeking an Account Manager to lead an engineering team responsible for all day-to-day MEP activities in a major facility in London. You will coordinate specialist vendors, ensure safe and compliant operation, and drive continuous improvement to deliver excellent service and financial performance.

You will mentor staff, manage contractual requirements, track performance, and support business development while ensuring all reports and compliance standards are met.
