Your new role

You will join a dedicated Clinical Negligence team handling a varied caseload of medical negligence claims. The firm is particularly interested in lawyers with personal injury litigation experience who are looking to make a long-term move into clinical negligence.

Working closely with experienced specialists, you will receive structured support and mentoring as you develop expertise across a broad range of matters, including:

  • Surgical and treatment errors
  • Birth and maternity-related claims
  • GP negligence claims
  • Fatal accident and dependency claims
  • Complex, high-value injury matters

The role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload while also assisting on more complex and higher-value claims as your experience develops.

  • Lawyers with a genuine interest in medical negligence and client care
  • Previous clinical negligence experience is advantageous but not essential for candidates with a solid personal injury litigation background.

In return, you will benefit from:

  • A genuine retrain opportunity into clinical negligence
  • Exposure to high-quality and complex medical negligence work
  • Ongoing training and mentoring from experienced specialists
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Hybrid working arrangements
  • Clear opportunities for progression and long-term career development
