Overview

In this role you will lead roadmap execution for foundational UI capabilities within the Charles River and Alpha Platforms, contributing to a market-leading SaaS platform used by large financial institutions. You will translate infrastructure needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering, architecture, and security teams to ensure scalability and security. You’ll shape core Web components, UI services, and desktop integration while enhancing developer experience. This is a hands-on, technically deep position that drives rapid innovation and platform growth.

Responsibilities

• Collect and refine business and functional requirements from stakeholders to ensure performance, scalability, and compliance of server framework capabilities
• Lead product discovery and technical deep dives, translating infrastructure needs into actionable roadmaps
• Engage daily with engineering and QA to ensure timely delivery of key projects
• Promote a smooth developer experience by ensuring intuitive platform services
• Become subject matter expert in the coverage area and influence the product roadmap and growth strategy
• Support sales, professional services, and support teams to enhance client experience and future growth

Key requirements

• 4+ years of technical product management, platform engineering, or infrastructure strategy in a SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of UI technologies such as React, desktop interoperability, UI component design systems, API technologies, and authentication technologies
• Proven track record delivering scalable, secure, high-impact platform capabilities with cross-functional teams
• Strong technical acumen for engaging with engineers and architects
• Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise security/compliance requirements
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) for Agile project management and collaboration
