Overview

Senior Project Manager in Ramboll’s Wind Advisory UK team leads onshore wind projects across the UK and Ireland, coordinating Owners Engineering and cross-functional experts. You’ll drive project delivery from origination through construction, with a focus on client engagement and business development to expand Ramboll’s onshore wind services. You’ll work with global specialists to shape solutions and ensure commercial viability, travel to client sites as needed. Responsibilities

• Manage onshore wind scopes including Owners Engineering in the UK, with potential wider geographic involvement
• Lead projects through lifecycle stages: origination, feasibility, development, construction and repowering
• Direct multidiscipline project teams across civil, electrical, environmental, and procurement scopes
• Coordinate tender proposals with technical inputs to ensure commercial attractiveness
• Support Head of Business Development with UK onshore sales, generating leads and nurturing client relationships

Key requirements

• Significant project management experience for onshore wind farms (design, procurement, development, construction management)
• Strong understanding of drivers for technical and commercial project success
• Experience in business development and client engagement
• Self-starter with ability to balance competing project, client, and business development demands
