As a SalesAssistant based in our Kidderminsterbranch you’ll be responsiblefor:
- Servingcustomers on the trade counter by understanding their specificneeds and providing advice and productrecommendations
- Responding to customerenquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with aproactive attitude
- Making outbound phone callsto previous customers to regain theirbusiness
- Actively identifying and pursuingopportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both newand existing customers
- General warehouse dutiesincluding booking incoming stock onto the system and putting itaway and picking and packing customer orders which will involvemanual handling heavy stock e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks andtoilets
This is a fulltime time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday toFriday 07.30am – 4.30pm and alternate Saturday mornings 08.00am –12.00pm.

- Previous Face to Face sales and customerservice experience
