Senior Director, EMEA Commercial Sales

Zip is seeking a Senior Director of EMEA Commercial Sales to lead and scale our Commercial business across Europe. You will oversee frontline managers and Account Executives, shaping leadership, coverage, and go-to-market strategy to capture new opportunities.

In this second-line role you’ll own performance metrics, pipeline quality, forecasting integrity, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, BD, and Partnerships as Zip expands across Europe.
