Team Leader, Children’s Residential Care (2 on/4 off)

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a children’s residential home in Chipping, near Preston, supporting children and young people aged 8 to 18 with emotional and behavioural needs.

You will coordinate shifts, lead the care team, and ensure safeguarding and care planning procedures are followed. The role is full-time with a 2 days on, 4 days off pattern and a salary of £15.25 per hour plus £54 per sleep-in, with opportunities for progression.
