Global Head of Operational Risk & Resilience

AXIS Capital is seeking a Group Head of Operational Risk to design, embed and continuously improve the Group Operational Risk Framework. You will provide independent second-line oversight and leadership across business units, ensuring risks are identified, governed and reported consistently.

You will define forward-looking risk strategies across cyber, outsourcing, technology and resilience, coordinating with regulators and the Board to uphold risk appetite and strategic objectives.
