Are you a commercially driven Project Management leader with an established client network and a passion for winning new business?

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a Project Management service line across Manchester and Leeds, combining strategic leadership, hands-on project delivery and business development.

The Role

• Lead and grow Project Management services across the North
• Win new instructions and develop long-term client relationships
• Drive business development, fee income and profitability
• Deliver high-profile projects across industrial, office, student accommodation and build-to-rent sectors
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team
• Champion service excellence, best practice and continuous improvement

About You

• Proven Project Management leadership experience within the commercial property sector
• MRICS accreditation and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification
• An established client base and the ability to generate new business
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of winning work
• Excellent client relationship, networking and leadership skills
