Head of Finance & Strategy — Governance & Transformation

Morgan Hunt is seeking a Head of Finance to lead a nine-strong team, including payroll, and to provide financial business partnering to Fundraising and Retail. The role reports to the Director of Resources and advises trustees on key financial matters, governance and risk.

The post focuses on continuous improvement, digital transformation and robust financial reporting, with responsibility for budgets, forecasts and statutory accounts across a charity with turnover above £5m.
